LANhelp ™

Helpdesk support is essential for end users when technology doesn’t work the way it is expected. To quote Dr Alfred Lanning “There have always been ghosts in the machine. Random segments of code, that have grouped together to form unexpected protocols“. Sometimes things happen that can’t be explained, a monitor going blank when all cables and power are on and connected, you press a key on your keyboard and get a strange character, emails randomly vanishing. FTS offers ad-hoc rates for random onsite callouts or discounted subscription rates for regular onsite service. Do you need a consultant onsite for 3 hours a week or more during a given week, to help run your IT but don’t want to employ a dedicated IT person? Then a LANworks subscription is something you need to consider. LANworks is offered as part of a month to month support subscription and is governed by a service level agreement.
